This is an adventurous and exciting guided tour which provides a view of the natural wonders of Samana

Itinerary (Changes might be made based on partner availability and COVID-19)  


Day 1- Arrive in Samana and Limon Waterfall Airport Check-In, Arrive in Dominican Republic, Lunch, Transfer to Samana, Dominican Tree House check-in, Lunch, Limon Waterfall, Dinner at Pueblo de Pescadores, Free time Immersed in a lush tropical forest in the Samaná Peninsula, lies Salto El Limón Waterfall. An experience that will take you to the edge of a waterfall of 55 meters. Witness the fury of effervescent crystal-clear waters slipping through the lushness of its knoll, in an act which will set your senses free. A spectacular crystal-clear waterfall with a captivating natural pool.  


Day 2- Los Haitises Los Haitises National Park is one of the crown jewels of the Dominican Republic’s national park system. Los Haitises–which translates into “hilly land” in the Taino language–attracts numerous visitors who come here by boat to see its magnificent series of 30-meter (98-foot) high rock formations jutting out of the water. The park also boasts extensive mangroves along its bay, which is dotted with cays that are home to multiple bird colonies, as well as a series of caves known for having one of the highest numbers of petroglyphs and pictographs in the country. Next we go to Rincon Beach, one of the top ten beaches in the world.  


Day 3- Cayo Levantado a small, picturesque island of Cayo Levantado that sits just five kilometers (three miles) from Samaná Bay and boasts brilliant white sand and palm-fringed beaches. Spend the day swimming, sunbathing, kayaking or paddle boarding, and enjoying fresh fish.  


Day 4- Whale watching Travel to Samaná bay then transfer to a boat. Cruise out into the open waters to look for the pods of humpback whales who visit to breed and have their calves in the area. Learn about the behavior and biology of these marine mammals from your expert naturalist guide. Next we are off to Rio Cano frio. This cooling stream feeds into a quiet pool that’s perfect for relaxing in along the sheltered shores of Samana. Travelers love to escape the heat by taking a quiet dip in this secluded destination with chilly waters.  


Day 5- Return to NYC Breakfast, Hotel Check out, airport check-in
